This is Daum's first collaboration with French artist Nathalie Seguin. The artist's original bronze sculptures reveal the impressive movement of the dancers, twirling in their long dresses, defying gravity. Their postures are gracefully captured in bronze, standing for eternity. The artist experimented with a new medium, crystal paste, to bring new depth to her work. The fragility of the crystal, the delicate drape of the dress, and the emotion transmitted by the colors give a whole new meaning to her beautiful dancer Paloma. The transparency of the crystal and the subtle and delicate colors of Daum amplify the vibration and the twirling spirit of the veil. Paloma, light and feminine, seems to dance to the rhythm of imaginary music.
