WHAT IT IS An intensely pigmented, waterproof gel liner in convenient pencil form. Free of phthalates, sulfates (SLS/SLES). Vegan. 0.04 oz. Imported. WHAT IT DOES Smoothly glides on with even, rich, pure definition that will stay put from application to removal. HOW TO USE IT To achieve an invisible liner look, lift your eyelid and, holding the pencil upright underneath the upper lashes, press and wiggle the liner in between each lash along the lash line. For more intense definition, start at the innermost lash and glide the tip of the pencil along the lash line. For a smokey look, diffuse the line with the built-in smudger.
