WHAT IT DOES This eyeliner defines eyes with long-lasting, smudge-proof wear. The silky, moisture-locking formula gently glides on without skipping, pulling, or tugging. HOW TO USE IT Starting at the outer corner of the eye, trace just above the lash line to the inner corner of the eye. For a smoky eye: Apply a slightly thicker line along the outer edge of the eye and smudge to soften and blend. For a dramatic look: Trace the inner rim of the bottom lash line from the outside corner to the inside.
