The Square Tray is a version of Nambé's Square Platter, a Richard K. Thomas design that became the first Nambé piece recognized by New York & apos;s Museum of Modern Art and is now in its permanent collection. Can withstand and retain & nbsp;extreme heat, making & nbsp;it an excellent tray for serving sizzling fajitas, spanakopita, or a myriad of other entrees and finger foods. It & apos;s equally useful chilled; just place it in the freezer until you & apos;re ready to serve. Try using it for chilled shrimp or melon skewers.
