WHAT IT IS A silky eyeliner pencil lines and defines with ease.Twists up. Glides on. Smudges to a smooth blur of transfer-resistant color. 0.01 oz. Made in Germany. WHAT IT DOES Delivers long-wearing color. Transfer-resistant, water-resistant and smudge-resistant. Smudge tool on opposite end helps create a variety of looks. Formula allows 60 seconds for blending and smudging before setting. Does not require sharpening. HOW TO USE IT Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use the smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eyeshadow. Remove with favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.
