WHAT IT IS A refillable, long-wear eyebrow pencil that features a slanted, chiseled tip, delivering soft to bold structure in a few strokes. The attached spoolie diffuses color and combs hairs into place for a polished, natural look. Made in Japan. HOW TO USE IT Start with the flat side of the pencil to shape and shade the head of the brow. Use the pencil's pointed tip to define the arch and tail with short, precise strokes. Polish it off by combing hairs into place with the attached spoolie.
