The ginseng extract features astringent and invigorating properties, while the protein extract made from moringa seeds protects the skin from negative urban environmental factors. How To Use:  Apply to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté in the morning and evening. Moisten fingertips with cool water and work the foam into a lather in circular motions.
