WHAT IT IS This creamy, blendable gel-pencil liner from TOM FORD accentuates the eyes with multi-dimensional, seamless color. Expressed in rich, pigmented shades with a smooth matte finish, this pencil glides on effortlessly to create versatile looks ranging from subtle definition to a suy, graphic statement. 0.04 oz. Made in Germany. HOW TO USE IT Twist off the cap to open. Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye. Blend out with a brush to diffuse, or layer with appropriate eyeshadow on the top and lower lash line to intensify. Suitable for wear in the waterline.
