Using the ring finger, apply a small amount of The Eye & Expression Cream to the eye area and expression areas. Massage for increased microcirculation. Finally, gently massage the Concentrated Night Balm into the skin in an upward motion, allowing it to softly melt and gently infuse into the skin.
